Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. For your convenience we accept, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards and offer financing options through CareCredit to help cover any out-of-pocket costs.

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Please understand that all co-pays are just estimates and are not binding. The balance will be reflected by your insurances final payment. Your estimated patient portion must be paid in full at the time of service.

Processing your dental insurance is a courtesy offered by our office. We cannot bill your medical insurance for any procedures.
