Making Insurance Simple & Stress-Free
Our team is dedicated to helping you maximize your dental benefits. We handle the paperwork by billing your insurance company directly and providing a clear estimate of your coverage.
To keep your visit smooth and straightforward, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
Estimated Copays & Payments
- Due at Check-in: Your estimated copay is due at the time of your service unless you take advantage of one of our payment plans available.
- Good-Faith Estimates: Because insurance policies are complex and change frequently, your initial quote is our best professional estimate rather than a final guarantee.
- Account Balances: Once your insurance company processes the final claim, your actual out-of-pocket responsibility may be slightly higher or lower. This can occasionally result in a remaining balance or a credit on your account.
Insurance Processing Reminders
- A Complementary Service: Filing dental insurance claims is a courtesy we are happy to extend to all of our patients.
- Dental Policy Only: Please note that our office exclusively processes dental insurance. We are unable to bill medical insurance policies for any procedures
Appointments
When you schedule a visit, that time is reserved exclusively for you! We value your time deeply and always strive to keep your day running smoothly with minimal waiting. As a helpful reminder, we will reach out via phone, text, or email to confirm your visit. Please respond to secure your slot, as unconfirmed appointments may need to be rescheduled. If an unexpected office closure or emergency arises on our end, we promise to notify you immediately. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. Please note that missing an appointment without notice may result in a cancellation fee, as proper notice allows us to offer that time to another patient in need.
